Q: Do we deliver?
A: We do, only for special occasions (weddings) when the cakes require setting up and at a cost. If you're ordering custom cakes and creations through this website, you'll have to collect your order yourself at 4 Tasman Street, Observatory.
Q: Do we work with nuts?
A: Not everything has nuts in it, but we do work with nuts in our kitchen.
Q: Can I make changes to what I have ordered?
A: You may make changes within the same price bracket given a min of 48 hours prior to your collection date. Get in touch if you would like to make extensive changes via the contact page or send us an email at email@example.com.
Q: Can you help me in an emergency?
A: Yes we can, we would however need a min of 24 hours notice. Get in touch!
Q: How far in advance should I book my order?
A: One week in advance is the absolute minimum we work with, so be sure to place that order! When our baking schedule is crammed, we normally recommend placing your order two weeks prior to the collection date.
Q: Can I order now and pay later?
A: Nope! To place an order through our website you have to complete the payment, in full.
Q: What are your trading hours?
Mon - Fri : 7:00 - 16:00
